Ingredients

3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Prosciutto di Parma scraps or slices, crunchy

Instructions

Melt sugar slowly in a medium-size saucepan, add prosciutto and mix for 3 minutes.

Spread mixture over a sheet pan with wax or parchment paper on it.

Let cool and break apart to crumble.
